 | |  | On Thursday 22nd April, actress Maryam D'Abo dropped into Swindon for a signing session at memorabilia store Infinitely Better. Kara, a celebrated concert cellist is set up by her boyfriend, General Georgi Koskov, as a sniper to make his defection look real. Saved only by Bond's instincts, she is unwittingly enlisted by him to track down the missing General. Kara inevitably falls for Bond on the search for Koskov. Maryam has also written a book 'Bond Girls are Forever', the first official book highlighting the Bond girl phenomenon. Prior to her signing,we spoke to Maryam about how it felt to join the exclusive Bond girl club, working with Timothy Dalton and meeting the Prince and Princess of Wales on the set of The Living Daylights.
