The Thousand Mile Challenge - BBC Children in Need

Congratulations to all the BBC teams who took on The Thousand Mile Challenge – they did it!

Across the British Isles, 42 teams from BBC radio stations completed the challenge on the 4^th and 5^th of November in support of BBC Children in Need.

Then, inspired by the teams, BBC Look North’s Amy Garcia and Lindsey Burrow took on the Thousand Mile Challenge Extra leg – walking 30 miles three-legged on the 13^th and 14^th November.

They finished at Forget Me Not Hospice in Huddersfield, just before the BBC Children in Need’s Live Show kicked off on BBC One.
