Powderfinger

Powderfinger is an alternative rock band based in Australia. The band formed in Brisbane, Australia, in 1989, and since 1992 their line-up has consisted of vocalist Bernard Fanning, guitarists Darren Middleton and Ian Haug, bassist John Collins, and drummer Jon Coghill.

AMAZING AUSSIE BAND!!! many a good memory singing their songs while travelling down under last year! wish id had tix for titp! more coverage would have been great too!

I was there and it was awesome. I've seen the boys about 6 times and that's the smallest the crowd has ever been.

Poor show BBC, there should of been more publicity for Powderfinger. We came across them and they were a highlight of the weekend!!

This band rocks, first saw them in 2003 and have loved them ever since. Wish they got big in the UK, such a shame there not played on the raido!

Saw the band on Friday at the Academy in Dublin - absolutely brilliant. Why no T.V coverage from T-in-the Park. Poor show BBC

I first heard about the band a couple of months ago and they look really great to listen to. I watched some of the videos in last.fm and Youtube and they look like a really good Aussie band. I am hoping to see them playing at T but I have not heard their name even spoken, which is disappointing.

Saw them at O2 Wireless and they were awesome - best (Aussie) band in the world. Shame on BBC for not playing more of them. You are depriving the UK of a class act!
