Eriksson has won six of his 11 league games in charge of the Foxes

Leicester City manager Sven-Goran Eriksson says he would happily sign a longer deal at the Walkers Stadium.

But the Swede, who is contracted until the end of next season, says the new Thai owners want to wait and see.

Eriksson told BBC Radio Leicester: "I can sign tomorrow for three, four or five years if the owners want.

"But I am sure they want to see what is happening this season and next season - and that's fair. What the owner wants in that time is the Premier League."

The former England manager was named Foxes boss in October.
