Fletcher has had to recover from a pre-season ankle injury
New Crawley striker Steve Fletcher believes the squad are showing the ability to play in the Football League after winning at Rushden & Diamonds.
The 36-year-old came off the bench to score his first goal for the Reds in the 1-0 win at Nene Park.
"I was at Chesterfield last year and we are as good as many of the teams I have seen in League Two at this moment," he told BBC Southern Counties Radio:
"I'm in among a bunch of young lads and it's keeping me youthful."
