The clash between Huddersfield Giants and St Helens tonight looks like a classic response game for the vistors.

St Helens head into Round 11 wounded after a heavy 32-0 Challenge Cup semi-final defeat to rivals Wigan Warriors at the weekend, but their Super League form before that had been excellent, with four straight league wins.

Huddersfield, meanwhile, are struggling near the foot of the table after losing eight of their first ten league matches and were beaten 34-4 by Warrington Wolves in their last outing.

Huddersfield, currently 14th, have boosted their squad with the loan signing of Lee Kershaw from Castleford Tigers, with the winger in contention to feature.

Saints are expected to control possession and territory, but the Giants will hope home advantage and fresh energy can make things difficult.
