Winger Murphy extends contract at St Helens

St Helens winger Lewis Murphy has signed a new three-year contract extension with the Super League club.

The 24-year-old joined the Saints for the 2025 season on a two-year deal and has since made 18 appearances, scoring 11 tries.

Murphy started his career at Wakefield Trinity and a had spell in the National Rugby League in Australia with Sydney Roosters before returning to England.

"Murph is a fantastic lad, a real athlete, and a finisher - he can do things that other players can't, so he is exactly what we want in the team," Saints head coach Paul Rowley told the club website, external.
