Bradford Bulls forward Will Gardiner is recovering at home after suffering a concussion in Saturday's defeat by St Helens.
The game was held up for over 10 minutes after the 25-year-old was involved in a heavy collision near the end of the match.
Gardiner was eventually stretchered from the field and taken to hospital.
Bradford said in a statement: "Our thanks go to both medical teams, and to the many messages of support from Bradford fans and rugby league fans alike."
