The sun that was out at the start of the game has been replaced with clouds and as the half-time whistle goes, there's hardly any applause from the Anfield crowd.

Chelsea have lost their last six Premier League games but they will certainly fancy themselves to get something from this game now.

The capitulation by Liverpool since scoring has been staggering. Where is our captain or manager screeching advice and encouragement? Konate, Kerkez and Mamardashvili are hardly instilling any confidence. Slot and Virgil van Dijk must take most of the blame for their lack of leadership. It's so frustrating for fans!

There's no pressure on the ball, there's no intensity, they look lost in the system as Chelsea come forward. Chelsea have dominated the ball.

Chelsea players have got the run of Anfield at the moment. The line is really deep from Liverpool's point of view. Konate drops all the time, he's petrified of the ball in behind him. Him and Van Dijk are constantly arguing about the bravery of how to hold the line and Konate is not strong enough to do it.

Liverpool play such slow, ponderous, unambitious football. I so hope we get a new manager in the summer. Slot’s style of football is just awful.

Not as many boos as I thought. An encouraging half for Chelsea, not so much for Liverpool.

I've got a horrible feeling there are going to be a lot of boos from home fans when referee Craig Pawson blows for half-time.

There is a lot of frustration bubbling inside Anfield right now.

Chelsea have deserved all the credit in these past 15 minutes. Liverpool have completely lost their way.

Chelsea are finding their way through the gap between the right-back and the right centre-back too often for me. Curtis Jones has to tuck in and Ibrahima Konate has to be far more aware. It cannot continue to happen.

That goal had been coming for Chelsea who had a positive spell just beforehand.

It's a positive sign for a low on confidence Blues with capable players but that typically react so poorly to setbacks. Liverpool seem to have played into Chelsea's hands here.

I've got no idea how that's gone in, none whatsoever! That is incredible.

Ibrahima Konate was slightly deeper than the rest of the Liverpool defence. One thing you've got to say is that is really poor defensively.

It's been coming. Arne Slot's football style is one of control but you can't help but think that Chelsea were there for the taking in the early stages and Liverpool should have kept up the intensity after they went ahead.

Nevertheless, that's a really poor goal to concede and it's now Liverpool on the back foot.

Chelsea are back level straight from the free-kick!

That's a disaster for Liverpool as Enzo Fernandez's free-kick evades everyone and finds its way into the box.

There's a suggestion Wesley Fofana, who swung out a leg, might have got the faintest of touches.

Chelsea fans don't care who scored - their team is level.
