Harrogate Town midfielder Ellis Taylor will not play again this season after rupturing his quad tendon.

Taylor, 23, sustained the injury during Harrogate's game at Newport County last Saturday.

He has scored seven goals in his 33 games but he will not feature in the remaining games at home to Colchester United and Barnet and away to Walsall.

The Sulphurites are bottom of League Two, four points from safety, and could be relegated on Saturday if results go against them.
