Former Wales international Sam Vokes has rejoined Wycombe Wanderers in a coaching capacity.

The striker, 36, retired at the end of the 2025-26 season having played 751 times for club and country in a career spanning nearly 20 years.

Vokes, who also played for Bournemouth, Wolves, Burnley, Stoke and Gillingham as permanent destinations, spent four seasons at Adams Park, scoring 30 goals in 144 appearances.

Wycombe said his new coaching role at the club would see him "supporting and mentoring first-team players", and "helping the next generation".
