White and Brunt sign new Boreham Wood contracts

Boreham Wood midfielders Tom White and Zak Brunt have signed new contracts with the National League club.
White, 29, has agreed a deal until the summer of 2028, with the option of a further year, having joined from Morecambe last summer.
He was part of the side that went unbeaten in its opening 18 matches of the 2025-26 season before suffering a serious hamstring injury against Halifax Town.
White returned to action in March and established himself back in the starting XI as Boreham Wood secured a fourth-placed finish. He captained the side in their play-off final defeat by Rochdale at Wembley.
Zak Brunt has registered four assists in Boreham Wood's opening three league games
Brunt, who scored 15 goals and provided 14 assists in the league last season, has agreed an undisclosed deal with he club.
The 24-year-old initially returned to Meadow Park on loan from Barnet last August before completing a permanent move in November for a club-record fee.
Brunt scored the winner against Forest Green Rovers in the play-off eliminator before also finding the net in the semi-final victory at Carlisle United.
He has started the new campaign with four assists in three league matches and scored in the 3-0 victory at Forest Green Rovers on Saturday.
