Nepal-Tibet floods: Death toll rises as rescuers battle adverse conditions

China says five hundred people are unaccounted for in Tibet, after devastating flash floods wreaked havoc on Wednesday. Two and a half thousand people remain missing in Nepal; more than seven hundred are confirmed dead.
