US House votes to rein in Trump's Iran war powers

The US House of Representatives has passed a resolution aimed at limiting President Trump's power to continue the war with Iran. It's the fourth time the House has tried to curb the US war against Iran. Four Republicans sided with Democrats in this vote. We speak to the World Health Organisation in Lebanon and find out how attacks on medical facilities are costing lives.
