Listed Londoner

Available for over a year

Jeremy Lee is chef proprietor at the long-standing Soho restaurant Quo Vadis. Born in 1960s Dundee, Jeremy began his culinary career in a Scottish country house hotel, before moving down to London to work at Terence Conran’s Bibendium - inside Michelin House on the Fulham Road. Another Conran venture came next. In 1994 Sir Terence asked Jeremy to be the head chef at his Blueprint Café at the Design Museum - where he would end up staying for 18 years. Jeremy was appointed head chef of Quo Vadis in 2012, reinventing the menu to celebrate British produce. In 2024 he became an MBE for services to the food industry. Jeremy Lee revealed his London favourites, memories, pet-hates and everything in between in 2023.
