Nottingham mum calls for DLA changes

Three years ago, Rachel Sinclair's daughter Mabel was diagnosed with cancer. Rachel is now calling for families to be eligible for Disability Allowance from day one of their child's diagnosis. Currently, families of children with cancer have to wait three months before they can claim the benefit. Now, Michelle Welsh, a local MP has taken the issue to Westminster.
