We see the vans on our high streets, in shopping centres and this year, for the first time, it's going to be at Leeds Festival. Whist some people don't see the problem others feel that it’s an infringement of their privacy. The BBC’s Jess Bayley has been to the Leeds Festival site at Bramham Park and spoke to Superintendent Dan Wood from West Yorkshire Police.
