Widdecombe death 'not politically motivated'

Police investigating the alleged murder of Ann Widdecombe have said there is "nothing to suggest it was politically motivated". Devon and Cornwall Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with her death, following the arrest of the 28-year-old man in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The former MP was found dead at her home in Haytor, Devon, having sustained serious injuries.
