Manchester's brain tumour diagnosis breakthrough

Scientists at the University of Manchester have made what could be a major breakthrough in discovering that a pair of proteins in the blood can help identify the deadliest brain cancer - a Glioblastoma. This could mean that, in the future, a simple blood test could be used to detect tumours and diagnose patients much earlier, leading to a better quality of life and potential survival rate.
