Available for over a year

Downton Abbey actor Michael Fox is judging the Fundraiser category in BBC Radio Solent's Make a Difference Awards for 2026. The Awards celebrate people who go out of their way to improve the lives of others across Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. The Fundraiser Award will be awarded to an individual or group of people who have gone the extra mile to raise funds for a good cause. Michael has been chatting to BBC Radio Solent's Rick Jackson. For a full list of categories - and details of how to nominate someone - go to bbc.co.uk/makeadifference, where you can also see full Terms and our Privacy Notice. Nominations are open now and close on the 31st March 2026 at 5pm. The winners will be announced at our Make a Difference awards ceremony in September. Image courtesy of Hamilton Hodell.
