Meet the Leicestershire 3 year old who loves baking

Meet 3 year old Martha who loves baking. Martha's mum Leah is the activities coordinator at Bradley Hall Care home in Beaumont Leys in Leicester and takes Martha into work to help her cook with the residents. Studies have shown a link between creative expression and wellbeing, and because baking and decorating cakes allows you to express yourself, it’s a fantastic activity for the residents. Our reporter Sara Palmer went along to cook some jam tarts with Martha.
