Alka Joshi is an author who was born in India and raised in America. For 30 years she ran her own advertising and PR agency before she turned her hand to writing. Her debut in 2020, 'The Henna Artist' soared to the top of the New York Times Bestseller List, and now Alka is about to bring the scents of India described in her upcoming novel, 'The Perfumist of Paris', to life. It's her third and final installation of the Jaipur trilogy, which follows the journey of perfumer Radha during the 1970s. Alka tells Shruti Chauhan what she's currently working on.
