An idea that came about in 2019 has become an annual spectacular for people living in north Warwickshire’s villages The Sheepy & District Ploughing Association gathered up to one hundred tractors across two days and drove them, covered in Christmas lights, through villages including Polesworth, Atherstone, Mancetter, Nuneaton and Bedworth, to raise money for three local charities, St Giles Hospice Care, Mary Ann Evans Hospice and the local air ambulance service. Martin Brandreth, chair of the Sheepy & District Ploughing Association, came up with the idea and spoke to BBC CWR's Trish Adudu. He explained how much the support from the local community means to them.
