A Walthamstow resident's surprise knock at the door

Sonia from Walthamstow has cancer and has been on chemotherapy for the last few years. In normal times, she has found support in a group which enables elderly people to exercise and socialise with others. Amidst this current pandemic, they’ve not been able to operate as they usually do. Sonia said she was struggling and had a chat with the group organiser Nick Bender. In response, without telling Sonia what he had planned, he surprised her with a knock at the door.
