Andile Masuku takes us to Johannesburg's Westcliff steps, where people love to get their workouts in by running up and down the 221 steps that snake their way to the top of one of the city's hillier suburbs. The best time to head there is sunrise, about six thirty in the morning and that's where Andile catches up with Masingita Masunga, who's no stranger to the drill there.
