Speculation's growing this morning about why the Charnwood MP Stephen Dorrell has stepped down as Chair of the Common's Health Select Committee. He announced his decision in a letter to the Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, yesterday after four years in the role. Does this as he said in his letter give him the chance to speak more openly about health matters, or is there more to this? Stephen Dorrell spoke to Jim and Jo to explain his decision.
