This unique performance was in collaboration with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Enyi Okpara, and merged jazz, folk, & classical tradition and paying homage to the lineage of Scottish jazz. Ayanna Witter-Johnson is an acclaimed singer-songwriter, cellist, and composer whose music boundaries of classical, jazz, reggae, soul and R&B. Fergus McCreadie is a Mercury Prize nominated pianist, composer, and previous 'Round Midnight dep presenter, known for his signature fusions of Scottish folk and jazz. ‘Round Midnight is presented by award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch.
