They graze beef and sheep with minimal inputs, yet technology is at the heart of their business. The couple use artificial intelligence to inform the daily running of the farm and plan for the future. The AI is a tool which means they know precisely when to sell their stock and how profitable each animal is. It's a high-tech but extensive approach to managing the land.
