Have moves to protect the UK steel industry come too late to benefit Wales? Tata Steel’s blast furnaces in Port Talbot have already been shut down, as the site moves to a greener and cleaner form of production. The UK Government has now set a target to boost steel making. Imported steel quotas will be lowered, and anything brought in above that level will be subject to a new 50% tariff. The UK steel industry has been calling on the government to shield it from cheaper steel made abroad. Greyhound racing is to be banned in both Wales and Scotland. Senedd members here have voted to outlaw the practice, in a move which was backed by animal welfare groups. But the legislation faces a legal challenge and accusations ministers did not consult on it properly. Are you for or against a ban? And the iconic American sketch show, Saturday Night Live, is getting a British spin off. SNL UK is scheduled to premiere on Sky One this Saturday. So we’re talking about the great comedy sketches of the past – which ones do you find are most memorable? Call or WhatsApp 03700 100 110 or Text 8 10 12. Be part of the nations' conversation
