If you've received a text message confirming that you've been allocated tickets for a show, but haven't received your e-tickets by email, there are a few things to check:
Check your spam or junk folder
If you've received a text message confirming that you've been allocated tickets, but haven't received your ticket email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Ticket emails come from bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk. If this is your first time receiving tickets, your email provider may mistakenly filter our emails into spam or junk folders.
To help ensure future emails reach your inbox, please add bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk to your contacts or safe senders list. It's important to do this before asking us to reissue your tickets, otherwise any replacement tickets may also be filtered into spam.
How do I add BBC Shows to my safe senders list?
Most email providers allow you to add trusted senders through your junk or spam settings. If you're not sure how to do this, please refer to the help pages for your email provider, as the steps vary between providers and may change over time.
Have you received tickets from us before?
If you've successfully received e-tickets from us in the past and our emails normally arrive in your inbox, it's worth checking whether you received the original application confirmation email for the show.
If you can't find the application confirmation email, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly when you applied for tickets.
One of our team can check this for you. Please contact us via our X account or get in touch by calling BBC Shows and Tours on 0370 901 1227*.
If necessary, we can update your email address and re-send your tickets.
*UK-wide rate charged at no more than 01/02 geographic numbers; calls may be recorded for training.
Do you have more than one email address?
If you use multiple email addresses, it's worth checking whether you applied using a different address, such as:
- A work email address
- An older email account
- A different personal email address from the one you've used with us before
Your tickets and confirmation emails may have been sent there instead.
