I applied for tickets online and haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you've recently applied for tickets but haven't received a confirmation email, there are a few possible reasons:

  • Your confirmation email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
  • A technical issue prevented your application from being submitted successfully.
  • Your email address was entered incorrectly when you applied. 

First, check your spam or junk folder

Please check your spam or junk folder and search for emails from BBC Shows and Tours(bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk). 

To help ensure you receive future emails from us, we also recommend adding this address to your contacts or safe senders list. 

Still can't find it?

If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't received a confirmation email, we recommend submitting your application again. 

I've received my confirmation email

If you've received a confirmation email, your application has been received successfully.
