The indie rock quartet hail from Westhoughton (near Bolton), where they played intimate rehearsal room gigs in an old converted mill. After making it to the last 14 in the Road To V competition, they bagged slots at Reading and Leeds and Glastonbury in 2008 and attracted the attention of DSet Records.
Having played on the BBC Introducing stage once before, they're back for another bite of the cherry in 2009, sporting new material, a new guitarist - Aziz Ibrahim (ex-Stone Roses, Ian Brown, Simply Red) - and a new lease of life.
