Iran's foreign minister heads to Pakistan for talks

We speak to our chief international editor in Tehran.

US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth says Iran has a chance to "make a good, wise deal", adding that the US naval blockade of Iranian ports "is growing and going global". Iran has confirmed that the country's foreign minister will head to Pakistan tonight for talks. We speak to our Chief International Correspondent Lyse Doucet who has been reporting this week from Tehran.

We get reaction to comments by Kenyan President William Ruto, who has faced a social media backlash after publicly suggesting that Nigerian accented English was incomprehensible and required a translator.

Paris has held its first ever Modest Fashion Week this month - hosting nearly 30 designers whose collections include loose, long-cut garments and headscarves. We speak to designers and to our reporter there.
