Nigerian communities take Shell to court

They say the company is responsible for pollution of their land and environment.

Two communities in Nigeria are taking oil company, Shell, to court over pollution. The claims, which were filed on Friday, are the latest development in a seven-year legal battle.

The Nigerian Electoral Commission respond to a recent attack on one of their offices in Anambra state.
