
Ukraine: Three women raise funds to help those fleeing the conflict.
A medical student who documented her plans to leave Ukraine triggered the project.
UK based Patricia Daley and Tokunbo Koiki saw a post on social media from Korrine Sky a medical student in Ukraine, which documented her plans to try and leave. Once in contact the trio set up a successful fundraising page.
Islamist militants have been operating in the north of Mozambique for over four year, mainly in the Cabo Delgado province and have been successful in gaining recruits. We hear from a journalist who has just returned from the country.
And there is excitement in a town in Cameroon as the first passenger bus in five years arrives in the north western town of Tatum. Travelling along the main road that leads to the regional capital Bamenda had previously been considered too dangerous.
