Ethiopia: New administration starts work in Tigray

We get the latest on the Tigray conflict in Ethiopia. Two weeks after the TPLF was forced out, a new administration has begun work in the regional capital Mekelle. Phone lines and electricity have been restored there, although the internet is still down.
