How a Sierra Leonian hospital decreased their birth mortality rate
A hospital in Koidu city reduced birth mortality rate by half.
We speak to Vicky Reed, s a Sierra Leonean-born specialist nurse providing support to staff at the hospital in Koidu City. With support from UNICEF and Partners in Health the hospital has managed to improve birth survival rates.
