Libya's GNA announces ceasefire with Gen Haftar

Libya's internationally-recognised authorities, the Government of National Accord (GNA), have announced a ceasefire with the renegade general Khalifa Haftar.

Mali's Finance Minister Abdoulaye Daffe and another top official have been released by the military junta that ousted President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta.
