A more hard-line parliament, loyal to the country's supreme leader, is expected.
A more hard-line parliament, loyal to the country's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is expected. It is the first such poll since the US renewed sanctions over Iran's nuclear programme, hurting the economy.
