The wife of the prime minister of Lesotho is to be charged with murdering his previous wife.
Earlier First Lady Maesaiah Thabane handed herself in to be questioned by police in the southern African mountain kingdom.
Kenya's former President Daniel arap Moi has died at the age of 95.
He was Kenya's longest-serving president, in office for 24 years until intense pressure forced him to step down in 2002.
The country will observe a period of national mourning from Tuesday until the day of his funeral, which has not been set.
