UK to quit EU tonight at 23:00 GMT

The UK will leave the EU at 23:00 GMT, ending 47 years of membership as Boris Johnson promises 'new dawn', but what does this mean for Africa?

The new coronavirus has been declared a global emergency by the World Health Organization, as the outbreak continues to spread outside China.

There are concerns it could spread to countries with weaker health systems, many of which are in Africa.
