Cryptocurrency scam hits Ugandans

Crypto coin company Dunamiscoin was shut down by Ugandan authorities and two of its directors charged with fraud

The world of crypto coin is full of promising revenues but also marred with false prophets seeking to draw people in unprofitable schemes. One recent example is in Uganda, where the crypto coins company Dunamiscoin was shut down by authorities last month, and two of his directors charged with obtaining money by false pretence. To take a look at the human dimension of this latest crypto coin scam, I spoke to Isaac, an airport employee in Uganda, who in total went on to invest up to ten million shillings in the scheme, that's way over 2000 US dollars, in a country where the average annual salary is 14 million. So who persuaded Isaac in investing so much cash in Dunamiscoin?
