Nigeria is debating a hate speech bill that could condemn to death those found guilty

Nigeria’s Senate wants to introduce stronger punishment, even including the death penalty for those found guilty of hate speech. But some Nigerians see this as a law to gag dissent. We hear what people on the streets make of the law proposal and get up to speed with the BBC's Ishaq Khalid
