Sierra Leone government wants to keep travel expenses out of public domain

How much is all this travel costing Sierra Leone's treasury? It seems people want to know, but the government does not want them to know. And they've come up with a legal gag - the Finance Act, to keep the travel expenses details out of the public domain. Umaru Fofana reports.

According to UN, 45.6% of African women reported being victim of some form of violence. On International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women we spoke to Nonhlanhla Skosana, from the Sonke Gender Justice network, about how much work needs to be done.
