Tunisians head to the polls on Sunday

This year’s presidential election in Tunisia comes down to two men - Nabil Karoui and Kais Saied, both who are locked in a second round vote due on Sunday. Our reporter Rana Jawad updates us from Tunis.

We also hear from Senegal where the government says it is now offering free chemotherapy in all public hospitals to women who have breast or cervical cancer.
