
South Sudan's peace agreement on shaky grounds
As Riak Machar's opposition party decline the offer to join a Unity Government
The Sudan People's Liberation Movement-In-Opposition (SPLM- IO), has reportedly declined to be part of the unity government scheduled to be formed on the 12th of November.
Both the government of President Salva Kiir and the SPLM-IO led by former vice president Riek Machar’s have accused each other of lacking the political will.
