Samantha Kereya is a Zimbabwean comedian who was abducted, and beaten a week ago. She was told that her comedy is too critical of the government. We hear how she’s recovering.

We also hear about the leaders of opposition Cameroon Renaissance Movement – they have been trying to overthrow a court decision to have them tried by military tribunal. The charges faced are treason and incitement.

And in Uganda an exhibition has been put on by the government to mark 40 years after the end of former president Idi Amin’s regime.
