Nigeria on verge of being polio-free

If no new cases are declared by August 21st, Nigeria will be declared free of the disease

Nigeria is one of the last bastions of polio in the world. If by the 21st of August no new cases are registered, the country will be declared free of the crippling disease. But how did they do it? The BBC's Ajoke Ulohotse travels north, to Kano, to find out.
