New Mozambique peace deal signed

Mozambique's president and the leader of the opposition RENAMO sign another peace accord. Rwanda closes and then reopens part of its border with DRC after a third case of Ebola is identified in Goma. And Kenyan patients, activists and care givers call for improved cancer treatment.
