Up to 150 people feared dead in shipwreck off Libya

Up to 150 people are feared to have died in a shipwreck off the coast of Libya, while another 150 were rescued and being returned to Libya.

Sudanese opposition parties and rebel groups have now agreed to resolve their differences and work together to conclude a possible transition deal with the ruling military regime.

And in Tunisia, the country’s first freely elected President, Beji Caid Essebsi, has died aged 92, the country's presidency has confirmed.
